Since 1978 Al Gelato has been making uniquely flavored gelato style ice-cream in the traditional Italian way.  We also make exquisitely presented frozen desserts that feature our gelatos and sorbets as the star ingredient.  In the year 2000, Al Gelato became Al Gelato Bornay Inc., in joining with Bornay Desserts, a one hundred year-old  Spanish manufacturer of traditional style ice-cream and sorbet specialties.
